Economic Crisis and Institutional Choice
Edited by Anton Hemerijck, Ben Knapen and Ellen van Doorne
Amsterdam University Press, 2009

Among the many contributors are Barry Eichengreen, Tony Atkinson, David Soskice, Nancy Birdsall, Amitai Etzioni, Helmut Schmidt, and Jacques Delors.
