Miriam Clavir, the first conservator at the UBC Museum of Anthropology, worked for the National Historic Service and the Royal Ontario Museum. Resident of British Columbia, author of many articles and the scholarly book, Preserving What is Valued: Museums, Conservation and First Nations. Miriam’s character-driven mystery series is set in museums and archeological sites.
