If the e-mail that was entered matches one stored for an account in BiblioVault, your username will be provided and a new password will be sent to that contact e-mail address.
If your e-mail does not match, or if no response email appears within the next five minutes, contact us so that we can provide further assistance.
Clicking "Retrieve account information" will replace your old password with a new one. The old password will no longer work.
